The Corporate Venture Capital (CVC) arm of a global pharmaceutical company wanted to analyse a specific key APAC market to assess both the macro and micro-environment for Real World Data and Real Word Evidence to inform corporate strategy and prioritise key ventures for further engagement. By utilising Galen Growth's proven PlayBook methodology, we enabled our client to fully understand the RWD and RWE innovation environment and readiness to enable the identification and prioritisation of Digital Health ventures with the right capabilities and achievements.
