Approach
Using HealthTech Alpha and on-the-ground APAC expertise, we mapped the Digital Health landscape across 10 markets, curated a shortlist of startups and investors, and designed engagement events to catalyse direct partnership conversations.
Strategic implication
Moved the franchise from passive scouting to active ecosystem engagement with decision-ready partners.
