Strategic question
Where are our regional competitors investing in Digital Health, and should we follow or differentiate?
Approach
Using HealthTech Alpha, we reviewed competitor partnerships and investments across four markets, built a heat-map by therapeutic area and cluster, and classified competitor activity as Optimal, Misaligned, Risky or Re-think based on venture maturity and strategic fit.
Strategic implication
Gave the client a structured, comparative read on competitive threat and strategic opportunity across the region.
