Applying our PlayBook methodology on HealthTech Alpha, we evaluated four APAC markets against user cohorts, therapeutic mix, bio-pharma partnership activity and venture depth, and profiled 10 ventures in detail to validate strategic fit.

Produced a franchise-level view of where Digital Health readiness was real, where it was nascent, and where investment would compound.
