Approach
Galen Growth conducted a Digital Health readiness assessment across four APAC markets, combining disease-prevalence analysis, ecosystem benchmarking and structured venture scouting. Using HealthTech Alpha and market-specific analysis, we evaluated category maturity, investment activity, therapeutic opportunity and venture suitability against the client’s strategic objectives.
Strategic implication
Identified cardio, oncology and diabetes as the most relevant priorities and clarified which markets and categories offered the strongest fit for the client’s regional strategy.
